Hi guys! Happy Friday! This is the first challenge I've been able to play along with in a while, it is so fun to use someone else's color picks. This week the host is Lisa Lara, she does an excellent job! Aren't these colors great! I wanted to do something kinda simple so I drew some balloons and made them looked paper pieced by using one of the CDS new releases this month called Sassy Scallops. This little set retails for only 3.99 and it is awesome! See my little stars, dots, circles and swirls, they are from this set, it comes with 24 little stamps! It was designed for stamping in your scalloped edges but is so cute for backgrounds and little accents(like in my tag. I also used a new sentiment Time to Celebrate, also very affordable. On my card I used some embossing folders to create texture in my circles and everything is put together just a little off with crazy metallic stitching, it was really fun and easy to do, well that's it folks, have a great weekend, the link is on my sidebar, it would be great if you could join in!
