Good morning girls(and boys?), here is what I spent most of my Labor Day weekend working on, watcha think? The sketch is for MMSC, I'm back in the game baby! I have always wanted a Poinsettia stamp for making a Christmas card and Christmas scrapbook page but never had gotten one until now, finally. This one is designed by Vickie Conquest for CDS. Gorgeous stamp right? It was really fun to paint and layer too. I decided to do mine in the pink with white tips coloration because those are my favorite Poinsettias, they look so soft and I love the way the color on them fades. In person you can see just the hint of glitter on the top outlines of the flower and the pearl powders that I brushed over the petals so they really sparkle and shimmer more than in the photographs. Oh well, that's always the case though huh? Ok I'm off to get the oldest to school, thanks for looking! Have a really super great day!
