Hey guys! Good day, it's almost the weekend, yay! TGIF! Right? And being Friday the new color challenge starts today over at PCP so be sure to go check it out this week hosted by Laurie so it's gotta be a great one!

This is my new sample card done with the March release set Moose Friends, watcha think? I love this little baby moose. Sweet in pink. This paper was from Basic Gray's valentine pad called bittersweet. I'm liking the color's for the baby moose. I made a bouquet from the flower that came in this set and some matching flower "brads". You can't see it really in the pictures but in person it's a nice subtle effect, I dry embossed the circle part of the flower with the punches plus classy brass.

My sewing around the oval is far from perfect. I'm going to have to just cut a bunch and sit and sew and sew one day. It's so tedious though! Practice is the only way to ever get something like that right, for me anyway. Sewing does not come naturally for me! I had always taking my sewing to the professionals! LOL!

Overall though I really kinda like how this one turned out. Very soft and sweet. If you like it you should check out the other CDS DT links on my page to see cards they did with this set. Every one is cute cute! It comes with another moose and lot's of great sayings for other occasions. You could get a lot of great idea's from the card's they did too.
