I have been soooo excited about this day for so long, my first stamps are being realeased on May 1st and here is your sneak peek! This is Biggest Wishes ( kinda seems appropriate, now that I think about it for this to be one of the first released, because my biggest wishes seem to be coming true!). Biggest wishes is a set featuring a little mouse that I actually conjured up for my daughter Chloe when I was painting the mural in her room. I think she is very sweet and whimsical. Here are the links to other DT members who also did cards using the Biggest Wishes stamp. They all did the most beautiful cards with it so please hop around and check out their work! It was really fun and exciting for me to see my drawings come to life through their cards that are all uniquely different. It's really cool to see the different personalities that the cards can take on! Angela at http://sparkleandbling.blogspot.com/ , Tori at http://www.wildsprinkles.blogspot.com/ ,Cassie at http://cassietrstamping.blogspot.com/, Candy at http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/showgallery.php?cat=500&ppuser=57579 , Lori McCrosky athttp://www.clearlyistamp.typepad.com/ and Laurie Wilson at http://clearlydelightful.typepad.com/
I have to admit the first cards I saw done and in color were before I even got time to stamp mine and seeing the beautiful work and time that these guys did with my drawings literally made me cry! Could it be the pregnancy hormones too maybe? LOL! I seem to be doing a lot of laughing or crying these days!!
So to celebrate and share my excitement with you guys I'm giving away blog candy, one of these stamps along with a bunch of other goodies! When I was asked to be one of the illustrator's for Clear Dollar Stamps it was definately one of those moment's for me that was unforgettable! Girl's, I was crying and laughing and screaming and shaking all with this dorky joker grin on my face that didn't go way for days! My husband came running when I screamed thinking something was wrong! When I told him he was like "whew(relief), I thought somebody was hurt or something, you scared me to death!"" but, that's great baby!". Not the reaction I had but then I don't think our men get the whole stamping thing and how much we love it and what a huge honor this was for me.

I just really have to thank Lori McCrosky and Laurie Wilson for having faith and confidence in me and giving me more confidence in myself. Also for helping to guide me through the computer aspect of it all, they have more patience than Methuselah! Some of you might know, I do pretty well with my pencil but put me at a computer and I'm lost, they have both been a tremendous help. I really am truly blessed that they came into my life and that Lori asked me to be on her team of illustrators. She is a rare and wonderful person and I don't think there is a better company out there to be able to say I am a part of! Both of them are and I could never have done this without them!
I'll be back later this afternoon to post pictures of the blog candy and instructions on how to win also hopefully to post another sample of another one of my new stamps! Please check back later!Really I'm so thrilled I could go on for day's and bore you all to death but I'll stop and just say, I'm looking forward to the future and bringing you guys new designs through my new line at Clear Dollar Stamps that I hope will inspire you and that you will love to stamp and work with! And thank you guys for following me on my journey here at my blog! Hugs and kisses!-Shawne
