God's Gift & MMSC 2

It is week 2 of the MMSC (sketch challenges) so please find the link on my sidebar and play along with me and the rest of the team! I had to change the main panel from a rectangle to a square to better fit my image this week so if you need to make some little change that's ok too. These horses are the new HORSE HERITAGE set from CLEAR DOLLAR STAMPS. I love this new realistic line, I'm sure many of you do too. This one I think is so sweet with the mother and her little foal standing side by side. I've always loved to look out into the field and see a new baby standing with it's momma. So precious, the baby's always look so soft. That is why I decided to go with the brown and pink this week and a lot more white than I normaly use, to keep it all soft and sweet looking. There is dry and heat embossing on this card and it is 3-d too. My painting is done by water coloring with stampin up! markers. I blended brown in to all of the colors to keep them muted and soft. The dp is from stampin up! The colors I used are close to cocoa and pretty in pink, I also used a pink gingham ribbon and hemp twine as well as metal hardware to accent the card. I painted in and glittered the center star on the brad to tie in to the pink. That's about it, I gotta run it's field day today at my daughters school, and thank goodness it's going to be a beautiful day! You guys all have a great day, I'll see you guy's later this week!
