First ever Clearly Inspired Challenge Starts Today! Yipee!!!

It's Friday, time to relax, kick back and have some fun! Clear Dollar Stamps has made some changes to our challenge. The Weekend Color Challenge was fun but is no more, we have said good bye and we think moved on to bigger and better things! The challenge is now called Clearly Inspired Challenge and will be held at Lori's Blog, Clearly I Stamp. It is a bi-monthly challenge and the theme of the challenge will vary! How fun is that?! It could be an inspiration challenge, color challenge or sketch. This time the theme is Give Me 5, in celebration of Lori's 5th year in business! It is open to using whatever stamps you choose from any company(of course we love to see you use CDS). On the Friday following the challenge she will post a winner by random draw and there will be a prize of a CDS stamp set of your choice!! You can get more details on her blog.
On my card I have used as many of 5 elements as I could I have 5 flowers, 5 ribbons and used 5 colors (not counting white!). I really wanted to use 5 panels but couldn't make it fit. :( Just use you imagination and incorporate 5 into your card or project any way you would like! I also wanted to put my card in the
Etsy Inspired Challenge which I found through Heather's blog. This week the inspiration was Vivaka's store which I found that I LOVED!!! It is the sweetest handmade felt Art Toy's. One look and I was inspired. You have to see them. This is my first time playing along and it was a lot of fun. So I had to use one of my Patchpal's because they look stitched and work so well with lot's of fun color which Vivika's is all about. I also took some inspiration from the felt (which I have a secret love of and have TONS in a stash in my studio) and made some felt clouds and some flowers to mix with my SU felt flowers. I hand stitched the grass panels and sun in the same stitch you use on felt also. I also found a fun challenge called the Dutch Dare Card Challenge requiring you to use felt this week that was just perfect for my card so I'm entering it there! The whole scene is paper pieced on SU dp and the Patchpal Skunk from CDS is water colored with markers on water color paper.
