Flower Fairy Vertie

Hello out there! I have a card to show you today, a lot for me lately huh? I am trying really hard to get back to making regular post! this one is more simple too which you will probably be seeing more often than not from me these days but I really like how it turned out, usually I do when I use mostly blue. Hey that rhymed :) ok (nerd, I know)This card is made with my Digi Dp in Blue Satin Harlequin.
And the precolored Flower Fairy Vertie. You can get them HERE! I showed you a couple of pics because I was trying to catch the shimmer in the light. I love that these precolored images can be used as is(great in a hurry) OR what I like to do is enhance them with just a little coloring and it makes a really great base to start with so that you get really saturated colors with your pencils in no time. I added a few highlights and lowlights with my Prisma Pencils. Then used a dry brush to quickly add some iridescent purple and green pearl powders. I got my husband to LIGHTLY set the powder with clear acrylic spray. (I'm very allergic, so he is always sweet to do that part for me!) You don't even have to wait, it should be a light enough coat to dry instantly. I used a silver Glitter At You Spica on the crown. Oh and one of my favorite parts is this border punch! I have been waiting for a reason to use it, I even used a few of the punched out stars on the image panel with some tiny crystals and just to bring the colors together popped on a purple/bluish iridescent ribbon. That's it for today girls, I'll be back at the beginning of the week with a new video tutorial so check back later!

7 days left to join in the challenge! Click here!

BTW Priscilla is the comment winner by default, congrats, hope you find something you like in the store!

Sooo PRETTY Shawne!! LOVE that pillowy blue background--perfect for this cute froggy *Ü* Loved your videos too! Just got done watching them. I have Photoshop 7 but don't have all those fancy cropping shapes. I know there's so much I don't know about it. I did figure out how to make things transparent and layer using it though and I think those are the basics so--YAY ME! LOL *Ü*

BTW... your music is awesome! Love that fireflies song. Cute cute! Have a great Sunday!
