CDS WEEKEND COLOR CHALLENGE, MMSC AND JUST FOR FUN BLOG CANDY TO BOOT!!!!!

Hi blogger buddies! I get to host the color challenge at cds this weekend I just kinda at the last second this morning decided it would be a lot of fun to throw in some blog candy to the players who are participating even though it is a holiday weekend! Here is what I'm giving away my new GET OFF YOUR TUFFETT stamp, one container of Square Rhinestone Brads in fire, a big assortment of paper flowers, 1 yard each of 15 different ribbons and (because this was a spur of the moment idea and I had not gotten paper for this)2 sheets each of the Laundry Line paper series (my favorite of the moment!) in 6x6 and 4x6 sizes, that's a total of 72 gorgeous glittery ready for your cards sheets of cardstock! And I'm also sending you my sample card for this weeks challenge! Here is what you need to do to be in the drawing sign up to follow my blog if you aren't already and click on this link for the color challenge sign up to follow there and submit your card following the guidelines listed! You will get to have a great time creating your card and meeting a lot of the design team and other players if you aren't already. It is a really fun group with a lot of interaction. If you are already a member of the PCP CDS WEEKEND COLOR CHALLENGE GROUP, awesome! Then you already know how to comment and link your card! If you can't play this weekend check back again maybe there will be a surprise for my players the next time I host as well! ;) Monday I will announce my featured card pick as usual and also the winner of the drawing for the blog candy. Good luck to you all!
A little about my card, I used a couple of techniques here. Because I was short on time I stamped in MEMENTO Rich Cocoa but I still have trouble with bleeding so instead of watercoloring I used a combination of coloring with my dusty old long forgotten chalks ( to bad they really are fun!) and markers. I added some sewing, glitter of course and crystals for bling! The image is paper toiled and the window is coated in crystal effects. Best of all this set is yours FREE!!! THIS MONTH AT CDS W/ A 50 DOLLAR PURCHASE! It is called WHAT A PANE It comes with several little stamps to change out on your "window sill" and a couple of cute verses, the one inside my card says "It sure is a pane getting older!" and this great sketch is from this weeks MIDNIGHT MADNESS SKETCH CHALLENGE. I've had some maternity leave and haven't been able to join my dt sisters over there in a while so I'm trying to get back in the game. You can still join in that one until Tuesday, better yet combine both on one card like I did and link up over at Priscilla's blog to! She has prizes in store as well! You could have double the chance of winning some blog candy this week!

That dp is just luscious. What a joyful and cheerful display your elements create. I am getting a hoot out of that little owl sitting on the flowers. (I can be so corny at times....please pardon)lol So sweet and endearing. Keep enjoying your sweet baby girl! Have a great weekend.
